Hi, I’m Anisha.

I bring over ten years of experience working with many kinds of couples, alongside my work with individual adults. I help individuals and couples work toward more satisfying relationships. I’m especially interested in the skills many of us were never taught: communicating our needs, working through disagreements, and making room for connection.

My approach is supportive and practical. Therapy is a nonjudgmental space to understand patterns and work toward the changes you want.
